Taking a break from reading the Lord of The Rings to write this...the movie opens on the 18th!!! Hope I can finish reading the book in time...

Went to my aunt's new place yesterday, it was her housewarming party. One thing to say about her flat- it sucks. Just like her. What a perfect match. It's so stupid. She invited us for her party but somehow each family had to bring one dish each. She wore this tiger skin spaghetti dress and put on god knows how many layers of make-up. It's like hello? Where are you going? To the living room? She called her boyfriend over so that we could comment on him...poor guy... What's even funnier is that suddenly she whipped out a cake from donno where and announced we are going to celebrate her birthday. First thought- huh? You can't force people like that!! She planned her own surprise birthday party...wow...what a surprise...??????????
I could say more but I wouldn't... The whole night my cousins and I were concentrating on the games and the food. Yeah, the only thing that's nice is the food AND WE WERE THE ONES WHO COOKED THEM!

Since the chalet I have decided that the moon was my favourite thing in the sky...
partly because you can't see much stars in Singapore and you can't stare at the Sun...
There's something sadly beautiful and mysterious about the moon...

I'm going to Thailand on the 17th (the same day we're getting our posting results)
Heard there's lots of shopping there so I can't wait... lots of money would be spent...
And again i swear to do something crazy on this trip...I have been sitting around for too long...life's too short you know...
Luckily Channel 5 has decided to screen Survivor on monday or else I'll shoot myself for missing the last episode...

Someone I know from Primary School and haven't heard from in a year just called me to ask if I was free for some class gathering... funny how we can speak like we have not seen each other for only a couple days. Which reminds me... I dreamt of another childhood friend of mine last night (what does this mean?). Her name is Jasmine. Gosh I miss those days of annual parties at her condo...wish I could see her again..but it would be so weird.
