yupz...well my cousin's wedding yesterday could almost make it as a star-studded event. almost because all the stars tt are there are only B-list, get me point? see, she works in mediacorp, specifically under jack neo. well, he was there with his family, strudding in halfway through the dinner, making an entrance bigger than the wedding couple. hmm, mark lee and his wife were there, so is hui-ge aka alamak (donno his real name), and patricia mok. trust me, she's pretty! many of the kid stars were there. that two kids from homerun, the cute guy from I not stupid ( i think his name's joshua)...and many more. Mark lee and what's-her-name were emceeing, they're reeally entertaining. though i did feel like i was in some channel 8 variety show. these ppl were basically continously being harrassed by the guests and waitresses to take pictures. poor ppl. oh tt guy from homerun turned out to be really cute! haha, not that im interested in younger blood, but he is not the scrawny kiddish-looking kid that he used to be. just some eye-candy k, i was sitting with a bunch of old people tt i have never seen before and can't understand, obviously i was bored.

right guys exams start tml! good luck to everyone, hang in there, and it will be over before we know it! the birthday pics will be up by then i promise!

I was flipping through my baby pictures and...the same reaction...soo cute!!! i was a real vainpot when i was young, posing for every camera as in like, reeally posing. I was the puffy dresses, high stockings sort of kid...wonder what happened to that girl. oh i know...puberty! then i saw my pre-teen (abt 10 to 11) pictures...still not bad...i wonder what the hell i was thinking when i felt fat then. I must be crazy! Hmm, i thought i was ugly kid. ok, i'm gonna be trying out this new thing call self-confidence. haha. right, seriously, but i was really ugly in my sec school years, luckily i didnt take many pictures, maybe i should burn those tt i have...i call that phase 'clueless'.

Friendster blogs are such a sham. I mean, blogs are only called blogs because they were created from something called the 'blogger' and only blogs from blogger can be called blogs! I mean, the rest are just known as 'online journals'. only beacuse now blog is a word commonly used for 'online journalism' is because blogger is widely used! so how can friendster name their online journals 'blogs'? I mean unless they collaborated with 'blogger' to do these 'friendster blogs' only can they call their 'blogs' blogs! ok, maybe they did. right, i better stop talking bad about friendster before they kick me out. which actually would have been fine anyway cos now non-friendster people can view friendster(for people like clara). And that was my initial aim when i joined friendster anyway. and why am i babbling?

haha, the results of this quiz is just great, it allows me go crazy a little. I done this quiz for the third time now, always a different guy, tt's funny.

Allrighty...back to mugging.

I was so sick yesterday i think i was in a trance. I talked like way more than usual, like words just kept coming out without me having to think at all. The doctor saw my sunburnt back and started advising me like im a crazy idiot. well, i did crap a lot with the doctor too, and he managed to crap back. My temperature last night was 39.1! Its so high I felt like its an acheivement or sth. right and he informed me its going to last for abt 3 days. but this is really the first time when i fell ill but i was still worried bout my studies. like hello? JCTs are in 2 weeks time! I don't have time to fall sick!

The fever's gone by today! yay!

sorry people. despite help from Heli to learn how to put digital cam. pictures online and me changing the blogskin so that the pictures are easily viewed, the pictures won't appear! very tired of trying to figure all these out haha...geocities keep telling me my pictures contain errors. ok i give up.

but still, i like this skin!

well, the trip was okay...everyone's mood was spoilt the moment we realised the coach took us to the wrong place, thus making us miss the ferry to the island. My mum complained to every person she could find. The people at the jetty, the receptionist, the guy in charge of the water activities, the bus driver who took us home after the trip. Basically anyone who understands english. the whole resort was rather small, the reeally exclusive kind. nothing much to do except snorkeling and more snorkeling. that is why only my back is burnt! I swore i saw about 3 sea turtles but nobody seems to believe me. Also there's diving, kayaking, banana-boating, some island-hopping thing and swimming. On land stuff are the spa, karaoke, and the relatively huge games room. the first i've seen tt provides Majong! needless to say we only played that. I won quite a few times, not bad. I had my first legal alcoholic drink there, some cocktail called the 'Bejaya Blues'. IT sucks! maybe im only destined to drink those lousy alcoholic drinks with bloody low alcohol content, like, e 33.

all in all, not worth travelling 10 hours followed by a 2 hr ferry ride for. My family came to a decisioin tt we should go Tioman next time. heard from them that its abt the same, and its only 2hrs away from Singapore!

now i can't wait to go overseas with my friends! It would be fun!
